The Weekly Refresh Membership Terms & Conditions

We keep things simple and fair — but here are a few important notes to keep everything running smoothly:

1. Initial Condition Matters: If your vehicle is in heavily soiled condition (e.g. excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, stains, trash, etc.), a one-time deep clean fee may apply before beginning weekly service at the discounted price.

2. No Rollovers: Weekly washes do not roll over if skipped or missed. The plan is designed for consistent, ongoing care.

3. One Vehicle per Subscription: Washes are assigned to a specific vehicle. Additional vehicles require their own subscription or add-on.

4. Weather Policy: If bad weather prevents service, we’ll reschedule at the earliest possible time that works for both of us.

5. Service Area Limits: We currently serve all of Orange County. If you're outside the area but interested in a subscription, feel free to call or text us — we may still be able to accommodate you depending on location and availability.

6. Deep Clean Exceptions: If your vehicle requires an intensive deep clean beyond the standard maintenance wash—due to irregular activities like beach trips, off-roading, pet accidents, or other unusual messes—additional fees may apply to cover the extra time and effort, or a Liberty Shine Full Detail may be recommended.
